The world holds 2 contrasting views each.Or should i say they are extreme views?People in different phase of their lives holds on to different beliefs,and it is solely one's character to decide which to take.

Take 1:In the more perfectionist view,they would wish to compare themselves to others to motivate themselves to strive and be at the top.It is a commendable attitude to hold.But a question to pose,how long can a person last with this spirit?One day,the person is sure to be tired out by this belief,but how could one learn to let go suddenly to relieve the burden from their lives?

Take 2:In the more contented person's behaviour,having what you possess now is already enough.They do not force themselves to work unnecessarily hard to be like anyone else.They go at their own pace,they stop at their own likings.How far it is true for us to say that they aren't successful.Obviously,the answer is a mystery because we have absolutely no idea.

Don't you agree that these 2 views are on the extreme ends?Well,it is really up to us which view we want to adopt.But it is advisable that we switch at times to make our life easier.It is tiring to always hold on and force ourselves to go further,yet,it is unreasonable to always stay at the bottom of the stairs.

It is not a coward act to give up when times suggest so.It is an act of bravery which people don't really see.The reason is because people tend to assume that one gives up because of the lack of fighting spirit.How true it might be in most cases,but there's always the outliers.They give up because they are brave enough to pursue a new challenge.They are courageous enough to fight through an all new route.

Giving up at the right time on a right thing is a chivalrous act.

Time and again,my question had been when do i give up on that?It is only after times of failures,after times of disappointments that i've decided to totally throw away those fantasies.How dreaming had destroyed me?It isn't nice at all to wake up from those pretty dreams.But it is definitely a good thing to wake up before I dip further into the deathly wells.How destiny plays with our lives is not as important as how we decide to move the little chess pieces on our board.

Life is analogous to playing a game of chess.Our lives is the chessboard,those chess pieces are the new challenges we meet each day.Whether we win the game or lose the game,it depends on how we make use of each and every single piece of chess to the fullest.
